We're long-time brewers so naturally, we're totally obsessed with perfect fermentation. We also know how vital fermentation is to flavor and feel of our final product. Our proprietary yeast strains working through specific temperature targets, throughout an extended fermentation deliver the distinctive esters, complexity and rich mouthfeel that truly make the difference in our single malt and bourbon.

Our commitment goes beyond excellent ingredients and a great still. To create our genuinely distinctive Lancaster finish, we barrel finish much of our single malt and bourbon in casks cured by our incredible barrel-aged ales. These ales are brewed with deliberate flavor profiles specifically intended to harmonize with the whiskey, creating a final product that is unmistakably ours.
